本会は、愛知県内にある高齢者、身体障害者、知的障害者等が入所または通所する保健、福祉施設の利用者の福祉を増進し、併せて施設が提供するサービスの向上をはかるために、利用者の権利、利益を擁護する活動、施設に対する改善勧告ならびに評価活動を行い、社会全体の利益の向上に寄与することを目的とする。
