この法人は、心身の障害及び知的の障害並びに精神の障害、またそれらの家族の介護などの理由により、就労機会や社会参加が困難な方に対して、就労機会や社会参加の拡大に関する支援活動を推進し、人と人とが互いの個性や人格を尊重しあい共存共生する社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
