この法人は、すべての女性と子どもの人権が尊重され、安心安全な自立した生活が可能な社会を確立するために、ファミリーバイオレンス、ドメスティック・バイオレンス、セクシャルハラスメント、性暴力、児童虐待など女性と子どもに対する暴力の被害当事者の生活再建への援助、及び地域への啓発事業を行い、もって社会全体の利益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
