この法人の目的は、粟巣野地域の中核施設である粟巣野スキー場の運営等を担い、龍神の滝や百間滑等の優れた景勝地と立山信仰や越中塩 の道にまつわる文化史跡等の残る当該地域の荒廃を防ぐとともに、その良好な環境を守り、あわせて同スキー場周辺において多様なスポーツの振興を図ることと する。
