この法人は、主に視覚障害者及び知的障害者を対象として、その自立支援を図り、日常生活支援、就労支援及び余暇活動支援を行うとともに、広く一般市民に対し、障害者福祉に関する知識、情報の普及・啓発を行う。その結果、障害を持つ人が地域で安心して生活できる社会を実現することを目的とする。
