この法人は，東広島市民または同市に帰省した子育て家庭，就労する保護者等に対して，児童の発達段階に応じた主体的なあそびや生活が可能となるよう，児童の主体性，社会性，創造性の向上，及び基本的な生活習慣の確立等に関する事業を行い，地域や保護者・児童のニーズに迅速かつ柔軟に対応し，個々に応じた保育・子育て，教育支援に寄与する事を目的とする。
