この法人は、今日の晩婚化、未婚化等に伴う人口減少社会において、広く県民に対し、結婚に対する意識啓発や利他・奉仕の精神に基づくお節介人材の育成、結婚を推進する活動の支援、結婚希望者への適切な情報提供等を行い、健全な家庭生活と社会的絆の再生を通じた地域の活性化に寄与することを目的とする。
