この法人は、在宅障がい者（知的・身体）に対して、地域生活を営む上での、社会的自立のための生活支援・就労支援等に関する事業を行なうとともに、在宅障がい者に対する理解を深めるため地域住民の理解と協力を求める研修に関する事業を行ない、福祉の増進並びに社会教育の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
