この法人は、子ども、若者及びその家族並びに取り巻く地域社会に対して、子ども、若者が健全に成長し、社会の一員として活き活きと活躍できるよう支援すること、多世代の居場所づくり及び女性の活躍の場づくり等に関する事業を行い、誰もが住みよいまちづくりに寄与することを目的とする。
