この法人は，「ケガで競技活動や夢をあきらめない」を趣旨とし，すべての人々に対して運動やスポーツ活動の環境を整え，あわせて地域に根ざしたスポーツ事業や健康増進事業を行うと共に，健康体操教室，各種スポーツ教室，スポーツ大会を通して，子ども達の健全な心身の育成及び高齢者の健康増進を図り，地域社会の健康増進の発展に寄与することを目的とする。
