この法人は、認知症・知的障がい・精神障がいなどの理由で判断能力が不十分な方々及びご家族、関係機関や地域の市民に対して、市民による成年後見制度に関する事業を行い、地域市民が互いに支え合うネットワークの構築及び地域に暮らす方々の権利擁護と福祉の向上、すべての地域住民が幸せに暮らせるインクルーシブ（包み込むような/包摂的）な地域づくりに寄与することを目的とする。
