この法人は、障害をもちながら地域で暮らしている人に対して、障害者の日常生活及び社会生活を総合的に支援するための法律（いわゆる「障害者総合支援法」）に定める事業では実施が困難とされる、余暇支援や地域との連携、事業所の授産製品販促活動等を通じ、障害特性を地域に理解してもらう事業を実施し、障害者の自立支援と、障害者福祉に寄与することを目的とする。
