この法人は、飛騨地区における住宅確保要配慮者への支援、地域社会における福祉の増進や居住環境の向上、町家再生並びに二地域居住に関する事業、そこから派生する各種事業を実施することにより、「住」による地域まちづくりの推進及び居住環境から考えたソフトとハードによる地域コミュニティ構築、支援対象者の就労や生活フォローを通じ、地域住民が子々孫々にわたり、安心して居住できる住環境構築による、地域社会の資産価値最大化に寄与することを目的とする。
