この法人は、心身障害児・者に対して、地域社会の中で文化、芸術及びスポーツを通して、良好な日常生活が送れるよう在宅支援をし、また、学童に対しては、学校週5日制にともなう豊かな余暇活動の指導に関する事業を行い、もって地域福祉や、子供の健全育成及び地域住民の健康で文化的な生活の向上に寄与することを目的とする。
