この法人は、広く一般市民を対象として、日本の郷土芸能に対する啓発・普及・発展を目的に、芸能の調査・研究と地域・学校等での芸能公演や体験講座及び指導者養成講習会を開催し、芸術文化の振興と新たな地域づくりに寄与することを目的とする。
