この法人は、身体・知的・精神に障害を持った方々、発達障害の方々及び不登校・ひきこもり等により就労が困難な方々に対して、就労及び就労支援の場を提供するとともに、地域等において障害やひきこもり等に対する理解を深めるための事業を行なうことで、あらゆる人々が排除されることなく、社会参加することができる社会づくりに寄与することを目的とする。
