この法人は、精神、身体に何らかの障害を持ち一般就労に従事出来難い人、また高齢者等をはじめとする雇用の受入れ先が少ない人に対して、農作業、清掃業など一般的な労働に関する事業を行い雇用推進に努めていく、そのような就労困難者の労働環境を整備するなかで雇用の健全化を図り、共に考え学びながら地域の人材育成・人材支援に貢献し寄与する事を目的とする。
