この法人は、１人１人の障がい児者や高齢者に対し、尊厳が尊重される社会の実現を基本に据え、地域との交流を図りながら、生涯に渡ってその人らしい暮らしが出来る「まちづくり」を目指し、地域で障がいのある方・高齢者、その家族を支えるための相談事業・タイムケア・余暇支援やレクリエーションスポーツ事業などのイベントを通して心豊かに生活できる場を提供し、福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
