この法人は、不特定多数の一般市民に対して、安心して暮らせる市民社会を実現するため、開放的で自主的な市民活動を通して要介護・要支援老人や障害者等を支援し、福祉の町づくりを目指す。 他方、地域社会の環境保全活動の推進を図るとともに、未来を託す子どもの健全育成を図り、より豊かな社会の創出に寄与することを目的とする。
