この法人は、地域住民に対して「いつでも、どこでも、だれでも」気軽に体力や年齢に応じて、生涯にわたり健康づくり・仲間づくりができる場を提供するとともに、青少年の健全育成、福祉、更には文化の継承・環境問題等の諸問題に対処しながら、明るく豊かなまちづくりに貢献することを目的とする。
