本会は、地域の人々が高齢者や障害者の隔てなく、お互いに尊重しあい、誰もが地域でその人らしい生活が出来るように福祉、介護事業等を行い、人々の生きがいを増進させ地域の活性化、心豊かな社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
