この法人は、介護を必要とする高齢者に対して豊かな自然に恵まれた穏やかな環境のもとで、アットホームで細やかな介護を提供する宅老所事業及び介護を必要とする高齢者とその家族にとって最適なケアプログラムを提案する居宅介護支援事業及びスポットステイ事業を行い、介護を必要とする高齢者とその家族にとってのより良い生活を提供する。また高齢者サロンを開設してより多くの高齢者のよりどころになるなどして、地域の高齢者がお互いにふれあえる“ふれあいのまち”作りにも貢献し、地域の福祉活動の発展に寄与することを目的とする。
