この法人は、障害を持った子供たちやその保護者、高齢者をはじめとして広く一般の市民に対して、地域生活に根ざした余暇活動の支援に関する事業、イベントなどを通しての障害者や高齢者に関する問題の普及啓発活動に関する事業、障害者の就労支援活動に関する事業などを通して障害者や高齢者と地域の方々が共に認め合って楽しく過ごす場所を作り出すことにより、子どもの健全育成を図るとともに社会教育の推進を図り、保健・医療又は福祉の増進に関する活動を通して障害者等の職業能力の開発又は雇用機会の拡充を支援し、社会福祉の向上を促進し、広く公益に寄与することを目的とする。
