この法人は、文化・芸術の創造と継承を担う活動、教育・福祉の一環としての創作活動、また趣味や自己実現としての創作活動など、各種創作活動に携わる人々に発表の機会の支援を行い、また一般の人々に対してその創作鑑賞の機会を提供、県民の文化活動の支援事業を行い、心豊かな地域社会に寄与することを目的とする。
