この法人は、磐田市を中心に遠州地域との連携を図りながら、障害のある人が、自己の存在感と生きがいを見いだし、人とのふれあい、関わりあいにより、社会参加のための自立の促進を図ることを目標に、そのための就労の場・基本的な生活習慣を身につける場の提供および支援等をする事業を行うことにより、障害者の社会福祉の向上に寄与していくことを目的とする。
