この法人は、広く一般の幼児から青年を対象としダンスや歌・ファッションなどのエンターテイメントを楽しむと共に、そこでの経験・訓練を通して自己を表現し、かつ周囲とのコミュニケーションを図る能力を身につけ、感動や希望を地域の人々や自分に関わる全ての人たちと分かち合う事業を行う。イベントの開催や協力により子供達の成長とまちの活性化に寄与することを目的とする。
