この法人は、会員が持つ技術や知識及び経験を活かすことにより、障がいを持つ人々に対して、賃金水準の向上及び就職に役立つ技術や知識の習得のための支援事業を行い、障がい者と健常者が互いに協力し合いながら幸せな生活を共にできる社会の実現、福祉の増進及び経済の発展に寄与することを目的とする。
