この法人は、日本語教育事業として菊川市近郊に住む日系ブラジル人に対し日本で生活するうえで必要不可欠な日本語での会話力、読み書き習得のための「日本語教室」を開催する。文化交流事業として「習字」「そろばん」「ちぎり絵」「折り紙」「かるた取り」等の体験をとおして日本文化に親しみ理解してもらう活動、並びにブラジル伝統文化の紹介を行い地域との交流を深める活動を行う。これらの施策をとおして、社会教育の推進、学術、文化、芸術の振興、子ども達の健全育成等公益に寄与することを目的とする。
