本法人は、主に女性の薬物・アルコール依存症（以下「依存症」という）者等に身体的・精神的・社会的な支援サービスを提供することによって依存症からの回復と自立を支援し、依存症者に関する研究・研修・啓発も行いながら、我が国の保健、医療及び福祉の増進と依存症者の社会理解の推進に寄与することを目的とする。
