この法人は、生まれてきた人、誰もが、尊重され、人間らしい生活をおくられる社会づくりを目指して、「ノーマリゼーション」の実践理念の基に、身近な場所で必要な地域医療、地域福祉、地域教育のサービスを受けながら、安心して暮らせる地域づくりをすすめることを目的とする。
