この法人は、全ての人及び法人に対して、使用済みのパソコンプリンターのインクカートリッジ及びコピー機のトナーの回収・新しいインクの詰め替え・配達に関する事業を行い、環境の保全を図り、消費者の保護を図る活動を行い、障がい者及び高齢者の雇用促進や日中活動の場を提供することで保健、医療及び福祉の増進を図り、職業能力の開発又は雇用機会の拡充、人と人との繋がりを推進支援する活動に寄与することを目的とする。
