この法人は、障がい者雇用の課題や問題について共に学び、考え、制度的な面、技術的な面も考慮しながら解決を図り、障がい者の安定した就労場所の確保、障がい者雇用についての啓発活動を行う。また就労を希望している障がい者に対して、職業能力の開発及び支援に関する事業を行うことにより、障がい者の雇用機会の拡充を図り、障がい者の経済的自立の達成を実現することを目的とする。
