この法人は、心身に障害がある人達、不登校のため学校生活の出来ない青年達、社会に適応できないために就労できない青年達が、共に活動することにより、互いに成長し、意欲をもって生活を楽しむことができるようにするための親睦と社会復帰のプログラムを計画・実行することを目的とする。更に、作業所を設立・運営することをも目的とする。
