この法人は，世羅郡及び近郊の小・中・高等学校の児童・生徒や地域住民に対し，広島県立世羅高等学校が行うニューヨーク市 ＴＨＯＲＮＴＯＮ ＤＯＮＯＶＡＮ ＳＣＨＯＯＬとの交換留学への支援や地域の国際交流事業を行い，国際友好親善及び地域の国際理解の推進及び青少年の健全な育成に寄与することを目的とする。
