この法人は、石狩市近隣市町村の乳幼児、障害を持つ子供や父母に対して、保育の一環として、病気や障害についてのアドバイス、一時保育、早朝・延長保育、自然との触れあい、集団生活のマナー、豊かな心を育てる等の事業を行い、認可保育所において保育を受けられない待機児童の解消を図ることにより、父母の子育ての軽減、職場復帰を支援し地域の活性化に寄与することを目的とする。
