この法人は、各校区の地域において、ＤＩＧ（災害図上訓練）の実施を通して防災と福祉のまちづくりを支援し、また、高齢者の居場所づくりを行いながら高齢者の役割を高め、高齢者が元気で主役となるまちづくりに寄与することを目的とする。
