この法人は、高齢者と住民との交流により、高齢者の孤立を防止するとともに、地域参画を促すことで、知識や知恵、経験が活かせる場を提供して、生きがい・やりがいにつながる仕組みを創造する。また、世代間交流や地域外交流を図り、地域活性化、環境保全活動を展開しながら、ふるさとを守り続けることを目的とする。
