この法人は、個人で保護猫活動している人達のコミュニティネットワークを開設し、情報交換および負担軽減に取り組む活動を行う。また、野良猫や捨て猫、あるいは飼育放棄された猫の保護及び保護された猫を里親希望者に譲渡する活動を行うと共に、猫の適正飼育などの啓発する活動を行い、人と猫が共存して暮らすことが出来る地域社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
