この法人は、岩手県において、県民にやさしい住みよいまちづくりの推進を図る事業を行うものである。特に障害者自立支援事業・災害被災地における被災者自立支援事業を行い、活動地域住民と連携を図りながら事業を推進し要所にソーシャルコミュニティを確立し、岩手県での生活レベルの向上と地域活性化に寄与することを目的とする。
