この法人は、不登校の子どもやひきこもりの青少年の親、市民、学生など広範な人々と協同して、不登校の子どもたちやひきこもりの青少年たちのために、その生き方と学習を支援するとともに、広く青少年が自分らしく生きるための支援を行い、それをもって社会の創造に貢献することや就職能力の開発または雇用機会の拡充を支援することを目的とする。
