この法人は、医療過疎改善の為に医療機関の様々な問題に対する調査・分析を行い、医療施設運営に関する総合的な適正情報の提供、求人に関する広報活動、国内外の医師及び医療関係者に対する専門的知識・手技の研修・講習による人材育成の啓発活動を通じて、広く一般市民ヘ安定した医療サービスの提供に寄与する事を目的とする。
