この法人は、函館市及び渡島管内周辺地域在住の精神障害回復者等を対象に通所による活動の場を提供し、障害者の社会復帰・社会参加の促進並びに地域自立生活支援等及び生活の質の向上に資する活動を行い、精神保健福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
