この法人は、日光市及び周辺地区住民に対して、子育て支援及び共育（子どもと大人が関わることで共に育つこと）に関する事業を行い、地域ぐるみで子育てが安心して出来る環境、かつ子ども達が安心安全に過ごすことが出来る環境をつくると共に、子どもが、自ら育つ力の育成に寄与することを目的とする。
