この法人は、知識や技術を習得したい障害者と、知識や技術を伝えたい高齢者に対して、安心して生活や労働が行えるよう各種就労支援事業を行い、自治体や関係諸団体及び企業と連携し地域福祉の向上を目指し、障害者や高齢者とその家族が安全で豊かな生活が送れる福祉社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
