この法人は、大分県の清酒・焼酎と蔵の魅力を広く大分県民に周知し、地域内、県内での地産地消を促進するとともに、清酒・焼酎をはじめとする大分県の豊かな食文化の国内外への情報発信に関する事業を行うことにより、もって大分県の農業、工業、商業、観光の振興を図ることを目的とする。
