この法人は、福祉サービスを必要とする人が心身ともに健やかに暮らし、社会・経済・文化その他あらゆる分野の活動に参加する機会を保障されるように人権を擁護するとともに、その環境・年齢および心身の状況に応じ、地域社会において優良な福祉サービスを総合的に提供されるように援助し、もって福祉の増進を図ることを目的とする。
