この法人は、青少年及びそれに関わる個人、法人、その他団体等（以下、青少年等という。）に対して、子ども・若者に寄り添った多様な自立支援をおこなうとともに、本人・家族の孤立を防ぎ、だれにでも居場所と出番のある包容力のある豊かな地域社会をめざす活動をもって、すべての人が生きやすい社会の創造に寄与することを目的とする。
