この法人は，地域に根ざした産業安全衛生教育の支援を行うとともに，将来の産業を担う学生及びその保護者に対する安全衛生教育活動を推進する。さらに，震災等の災害を受けた人々の支援，及び被災地域の復興事業に伴う安全衛生活動の指導，援助を行い，労働災害防止に寄与することを目的とする。
