この法人は、後見を必要とする人が住む地域で、その地域を理解している身近な存在としての市民後見人が身上監護、財産管理、権利擁護に関する事業を行うことにより、後見を必要としている人が安心して暮らし続けられる地域社会を築き、よって福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
