この法人は、新たな市民社会の実現に向けて、幅広く地域や分野を越えたＮＰＯの活動基盤強化を図り、ＮＰＯと企業・行政・大学などとのパートナーシップの形成を促進し、連携を深めることにより新たな価値を生み出すことを目的とする。 特に、地元である安曇野市民に対する福祉の増進を図る活動の一環として、介護事業の展開を図り、行政機関や各種福祉団体との連携協働をしながら、市民の福祉向上を目指し、社会的利益に繋がる事を目指す。
